But instead, I just bought a bunch of stuff for the wife’s car.
After another completely avoidable (!!!) incident that I WON’T GET INTO involving the passenger seat (not dog related this time), I have shelled out for fancy whatever Wet Okole seat covers. I also ordered a factory pet barrier, which I think will be way more convenient than the puppy always riding in the backseat.
I blame myself for not ordering seat covers sooner, because my GOD any vehicle under the stewardship of my wife needs as much help as possible. I need this vehicle to last.

Happy wife, happy life. You must be prepared to lose the battles and the war, as I have often said. Whatever she wants.

Tercels are out. You need one of these:

Should have just gotten a BMW E34 Touring instead. It comes with a pet net (assuming the P.O. sprung for the option).
You can use it like this, or with the rear seats folded up (it comes from the top of the rear seat).

We all have to make sacrifices my friend.
I mentioned this in another thread but it bears repeating. I’ve found three trikes that are so cheap it’s making me twich. It’s almost painful to pass these up.
But, responsibilities..
F—- adulthood!

Those Tercels were a trap. You made the right decision.
The last thing you want is for your wife to start asking questions like “Why the hell would you buy that?” That’s when the fun ends.

That looks like an E39, 1. cause of the seats 2. cause the hood opened the other way in an E34

It’s actually a different net in an E34, too.
I just wasn’t paying attention.

That tool kit though... My M3 literally only came with a tow hook and a screw driver

I actually use the tools sometimes when working on the car, since they’re so convenient.

Sounds like a fun idea. I’d probably offer $600 if I was in the area.
(but if you do replace the timing belt before all the valves get smashed).

It probably won’t happen, importing that to Canada could turn into a mess real fast. I also haven’t gotten a new passport yet.

I’ll be honest, I really like the e34, but I’m not really a fan of the larger grills, I like the narrow one.
